Miriam Jiménez Serrallé
Food Contact and Packaging Laboratory Group Leader

Miriam graduated as a Food Technologist with a master’s degree in Food Engineering and Technology. She has experience as a Researcher, Quality Controller and Materials Contact Specialist at both industry and technology centres. Miriam currently works in the Food Contact and Packaging department at AIMPLAS, where she ensures that all packaging materials do not have a negative effect on consumers’ health and affect product quality following the legal requirements.
